Marine Conservation
- Overview
- Courses
Try something a little different and give something back to our precious marine eco-systems by volunteering on a marine conservation programme.
Our projects range in duration from 3 weeks to 10 weeks. Full diver training is provided for beginners and those who require additional training to get up to a reasonable level except for the Mozambique project which requires all volunteers to have a minimum dive qualification of PADI Advanced Open Water with suitable in-water experience.
The projects are fun and educational. Aside from PADI training you will have the opportunity to not only learn about marine conservation techniques but also actively record, collect and collate data for various governing bodies.
All trips generally take place in uncommercialised waters and frequently in remote destinations which you might never visit again!
