For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Gap Year Diver Limited. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. Your use of this website indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Any personal information you supply to Us when you use this website will be used in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
Copyright
Unless specifically attributed to another site or contributor, all works on this site are copyrighted to Gap Year Diver Limited. Visitors are permitted to copy, download, print or e-mail content and extracts from the site for their own personal and non commercial use only. For website purposes, if you are a designer, you are able to take short extracts provided they are correctly cited to us and include a link back to the Gap Year Diver web page from which they came. Visitors agree not to adapt, alter or create content except for their own personal and non-commercial use. Full permission must be granted from Gap Year Diver before any text, images, source code or icons can be used for any commercial purposes.
Please note that the Gap Year Diver website includes a number of images from stock libraries as well as those donated by professional photographers. Logos, headers and site icons may not be owned by Gap Year Diver and the copyright and trademarks remain wholly with the respected owners.
The majority of images and headers are, however, owned by gap Year Diver. Similarly, the majority of text on this website has beed written by a Gap Year Diver employee and may not be copied or reproduced in any form, without explicit permission from Gap Year Diver Limited.

What is its purpose?
Gap Year Diver uses cookies to allow you access to the members' site. The cookie will remain active for a period of 1 hour, after which, you will need to login again.
Gap Year Diver recognises our user's privacy concerns and will only use cookies as an enabling tool. However, in order to use our member website (and book online) you will need to accept cookies.

Netscape Navigator

All software products downloaded from any section of this website or via a link pointed to by this website are downloaded, installed, and used totally and entirely at the users own risk.
Your use of this website, any downloaded material from it and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
