As a PADI Instructor, you do things others only dream of. Whether you work in a local dive center, at a resort, or on a liveaboard dive boat; the adventure of a lifetime is yours for the taking!
Imagine a job where you actually look forward to heading off to work in the morning. Lead a life others fantasise about. Sailing into incredible sunsets could be the rule, not the exception, especially if you work in a tropical dive destination. The commute to work could be as easy as a ten-minute boat ride. Work now becomes an adventure in itself. While experiencing new cultures and lifestyles, you’ll be surrounded by people who are always happy. When you take people diving all day - everyone’s happy. It’s not all fun and games in paradise, but the rewards are well worth the effort.

It looks expensive...is it worth it?
PADI fees and materials significantly bring up the overall cost of becoming an instructor, however, the actual costs involved are actually pretty small for a professional qualification that last a lifetime. Think of it this way...you could cover the training costs in as little as 3 months with a regular diving job after the programme!
What will you learn?
You'll learn a lot about yourself, what you can achieve and you'll also be taught comprehensive theory and skills covering maths, biology, physics, history, physiology and communication skills. What other sport really allows you to learn so much whilst having loads of fun?!
What do we offer?
We offer two lines of programmes - intensive and traineeships. The intensive options should only be considered if you are a confident diver with plenty of in-water experience.
1. Intensive - tight schedule and minimal courses to get to OWSI
2. Traineeships - comprehensive trips with added extras to make you the best!
